The software

Framok is desktop software licensed, not sold, to you for recording and editing your own screen. Recording and editing work without a license; export requires one. A license, bought once for the life of the product or monthly for as long as the subscription runs, covers one person on up to two computers they own or control. Payments are handled by Polar as the merchant of record.

What you may not do

Record people, conversations or screens you do not have permission to record. You are responsible for complying with recording and privacy laws where you are.
Redistribute, resell or sublicense the software or a license key.
Reverse engineer or remove license checks, except where the law allows it.

Your recordings

Everything you record belongs to you. We never see it.

Refunds

Paid licenses come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@sundrymill.com with your receipt.

No warranty

The software is provided as is. The software may have bugs, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost recordings, lost work or any indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
